Nancy Scanlon | Founder-Master Coach
Nancy is a Master Coach specializing in The Shurtleff Approach and Career Consultation, and is also a Producer and CEO of Au Courant Entertainment and has been in the entertainment industry and a teacher/coach for 3 decades. Nancy has coached actors who have become series regulars, including Judy Greer (The First Lady, Halloween Kills), Brian Stepanek (Young Shelton), Marley Shelton (Manhunt, Scream), Julie Ann Emery (Bosch, Five Days at Memorial, Sean Flynn (Zoey 101), Jenni Pulos (Flipping Out), James Denton (Good Witch, Desperate Housewives), Geraldine Hughes (Law & Order: Organized Crime, Your Honor), and Sean Mahon (EastEnders) for which Sean has been nominated for the Best Actor award by the Irish Film and Television Academy for his role as the maverick cop, Brian McGonigle, in the TV series Red Rock (TV3 Ireland, BBC and Amazon Prime). Nancy holds a multidisciplinary degree in directing, psychology, and communication as well as certifications in hypnotherapy and NLP. Nancy also collaborated with Danny DiVito which garnered a first-look deal with his production company, Jersey Films, and subsequently a director's 3-picture-deal at Universal Studios.
Robert Rice | Coach, Actor, Producer
Robert (he/him) has been working in theatre & film/TV for over a decade. He’s appeared in numerous national commercials, such as GEICO and USCellular, as well as TV shows, including Miracle Workers (TBS) and Pink Collar Crimes (CBS). He's also the co-founder of Murder & Gay Stuff, a production company dedicated to fostering inclusive genre works. Their flagship show, Demonhuntr, is currently in distribution with HereTV and can be seen on Amazon Prime & iTunes.
Tim O’Leary | Writer-Director
Tim O’Leary is a Los Angeles-based writer/director. He’s the creator of the horror comedy series Demonhuntr, available on HereTV and Amazon Prime. A display dedicated to Demonhuntr was exhibited at the Hollywood Museum in 2022 as part of their focus on independent film and TV. He is a ghostwriter and story coach with over a decade of experience, and has helped hundreds of clients transform their story ideas into completed scripts and manuscripts. In 2019, he co-founded Murder & Gay Stuff, a production company dedicated to inclusive genre projects. His latest project, The Third, is currently on the festival circuit. A graduate of the UCLA Professional Program in Television Writing, he is the founder and head of the Los Angeles LGBTQIA+ TV Writers, which currently has over 800 members. As a playwright, his works have been showcased in the New York International Fringe Festival and Gay Fest NYC. While in New York, he taught playwriting at the Harvey Milk High School, a school designed as a haven for LGBT youth. His play The Wrath of Aphrodite is taught in a theater class at John Jay College, and is the subject of the textbooks Reclaiming Greek Drama for Diverse Audiences and Diversifying Greek Drama on the Contemporary US Stage.
Kevin Mayr | Stunt Performer-Choreographer
Kevin is an actor and stunts expert with a keen ability to upskill fellow actors with his extensive training, experience, and a longtime passion for the art of movement. He has trained in the Martial Arts Kendo and Jiu Jitsu as well as Boxing. Kevin technical achievements have garnered multiple on-screen credits as both stunt performer and choreographer. He has the expertise to direct and deliver a simple punch or fall to taking multiple hits in an intense fight scene, jumping on the hood of a car, or bursting through a wall. Coaching actors in mastering the art of movement to perform combat, stunts, and firearms comfortably and effectively on set for Film/TV has become a new passion.
